At a reception in the Mayor’s Parlour, the Mayor Councillor Ian Brookfield, presented cheques for £4,000 each to:
Acorns in the Black Country
Wolverhampton Samaritans
Rotary Charitable Trust
In addition, a number of other charities and organisations took part on the day and raised £6,600 for their own causes.
This lifts the total amount donated to charities as a result of staging Best Foot Forward over the last three years to
£55,600!
The Rotary Club of Wolverhampton extends sincere thanks to all those who took part and to the patrons who provided the funds to make the event possible.
We hope that you will join us again on 2nd July 2016 at Aldersley Leisure Village for Best Foot Forward 2016!
