An opportunity has been created for charities and groups, based in and around Wolverhampton, to take part in Best Foot Forward and for their supporters not only to raise sponsorship, to be retained entirely for their own funds,
but also to secure an added BFF Bonus of up to £500.
2).The 2026 event will be held on Saturday 27th June at Aldersley Stadium, from 8am to 8pm.
3).If you wish to apply for the BFF Bonus either complete an online entry, or print off and submit a postal entry form, giving the names of a minimum of 10 supporters who will secure sponsorship for your organisation by completing laps of the Stadium.
4).You may make as many entries as you like, but they will all be treated as a single team.
5).On each entry give the same team name, ending in the word “Bonus”, to identify your group. Please ensure that all entries give exactly the same team name.
6).Notify us by email to bff.online@hotmail.co.ukthat you have entered a team for your group and wish to apply for the BFF Bonus.
7).For the first 12 teams applying, The Rotary Club of the City of Wolverhampton will make available a BFF Bonus, at the rate of £2 per lap up to a maximum of £500 – subject to the team completing a minimum of 100 laps.
8).We will send confirmation to your representative if your application for the BFF Bonus is successful.
9).If you would like your supporters to be able to use BFF Sponsorship forms, these can be down-loaded or printed from the website.
10).Alternatively you can set up your own online fund-raising site with Justgving, GoFundMe, Crowdfunder or TotalGiving etc.
11).The number of laps logged by your team will be shown in the results on the website.
12).Payment of the BFF Bonus will be made after you have notified us of the total amount of sponsorship raised by your supporters.
